– last day to register is October 20th.
– registration fee must be paid within 10 days after registration
– a registration is not valid until payment has been made.
– paid registration fees will not be refunded if the tournament is played as scheduled.
– accommodations fees must be paid in full no later than the 1st of November.
– any refund of accommodations fees will only be made if cancelled by December 1st.
– after December 1st, only partial refunds are made against a doctors certificate
